Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of DeskPine (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service

DeskPine is a shared inbox, knowledge base and reporting tool for email-based customer support. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account, your team’s activity, and keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any email accounts you add.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam rules, when sending email through the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed per seat through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate recipients’ rights;
• upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
• attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt the Service.

We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
